Position Highlights

• Provide efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and high patient/family satisfaction.
• Perform patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and communicate changes effectively.
• Participate in care planning and nursing assessments.
• Supervise unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduation from an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure from the State Nursing Board.
• Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
