Assistant Store Manager In Training

Kennie's Market's Inc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager In Training to perform duties as directed by Store Management and Administrative Management for the successful operation of the store. This role involves ensuring top quality products and excellent customer service for all Kennie's customers.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Attain operating goals, control payroll, expenses, inventory, and waste.
  • Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and food handling procedures in compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure highest quality and freshness standards.
  • Maintain store appearance and security.
  • Comply with safety and HR standards.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate department managers.
  • Oversee employee recruitment, orientation, and development.
  • Implement scheduling and conduct regular meetings.
  • Manage employee turnover and compliance with regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise Department Managers and manage employees in each department.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in line with organizational policies and laws.
  • Interview, hire, train, plan, appraise, reward, discipline employees, and address complaints.
