We are looking for a motivated Bakery Manager to join Kennie's Markets Inc. As the Bakery Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful operation of the Bakery Department, ensuring top-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve department sales and profit goals.
• Maintain control of expenses, inventory, and waste.
• Ensure proper accounting procedures are followed.
• Direct product stocking, display, and rotation for optimal presentation.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Bakery Specialist on merchandising and sales strategies.
• Maintain department cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
