Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships with residents, assisting them with daily activities, and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
• Provide high-quality dining experiences following Sunrise standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED required, certifications in states where appropriate.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
