Job Description

Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, is seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our mission-driven team. As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to individuals, supporting their growth, independence, and well-being.
• Build meaningful relationships with those you serve and assist them in daily activities.
• Promote community integration and engagement for participants.
• Assist with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and other complex needs.

Requirements

• No High School Diploma required.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Desirable behaviors include patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
• Driver's license preferred but not required.
