Maintenance Technician II

Job Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance for the 296-unit apartment community. This role requires attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and pool maintenance.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• Work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' previous apartment maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and pool maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate maintenance equipment.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record.

Benefits

• Hourly rate: $24-$28.
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
