Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks including repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks in various areas.
• Ensure proper functionality of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform pool maintenance and landscaping duties.
• Adhere to safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Experience with pool maintenance and operating relevant equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and handle janitorial equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
