Job Description
We are looking for caring and dedicated Caregivers (HHA or CNA) to join Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build relationships with seniors, assist with daily activities, and promote their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Attend to residents' care needs and preferences.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being.
- Engage residents in life-enriching activities and meals.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High school diploma/GED (may be required).
- Previous experience with seniors preferred.
- Effective communication and decision-making skills.
