Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Clumpies & GOOD DOG Catering and Events Team Leader to join our team at See Rock City Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for managing catering and special events operations, ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in line with our organization's values.
- Lead Catering and Special Events team to achieve operational goals.
- Schedule catering outlets and maintain relationships with event planners.
- Ensure food preparation meets quality standards and menu specifications.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of catering equipment for special events.
- Uphold company policies, health codes, and safety standards.
- Increase sales through effective customer service and product knowledge.
- Supervise partners, address guest complaints, and handle cash transactions.
- Perform cashier duties, serve guests, and prepare food as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Food Service and/or Hospitality preferred.
- Serve Safe Certification required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valid driver's license for event truck and trailer operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods.
Compensation
$17.4-$17.45 per hour
