Job Description

The Data Center Operations Technician I position at Flexential is a critical role responsible for providing physical and Level II technical support to customers. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining data center cleanliness, and assisting in installations. This is a 24x7x365 position that requires flexibility in working different shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution of facility and customer issues.
• Follow data center policies and procedures.
• Perform remote hands work and local access management.
• Maintain facilities cleanliness and security access systems.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for customer experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• IT support environment experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at heights and in cold environments.
• Physical strength for lifting and cabling installations.
