Job Description
TPC Boston, a private golf course in Norton, MA, is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food & Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages promptly and courteously to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, take orders accurately, and communicate menu specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations and dining areas.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards.
- Handle cash transactions, maintain tip accountability, and ensure compliance with all operating guidelines and laws.
- Assist with event setups and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
High school education or equivalent plus one to two years of experience in food and beverage service. Strong knowledge of service procedures is required.
Working Environment
The job involves standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and adhering to safety and health regulations. Flexible work schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
