Management Responsibilities

• Communicate with Senior Management and Human Resources.
• Ensure adequate staffing and conduct daily meetings.
• Manage expenses, payroll, and club inventory.
• Lead staff meetings and provide coaching for employee development.

Member Experience

• Greet members by name and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle inquiries, promote memberships, and ensure safety measures are followed.
• Promote and sell club services and products.

Club Cleanliness and Safety

• Maintain a neat work area and perform routine safety checks.

Commitment to Excellence

• Champion company values, foster a positive work environment, and develop team members.
• Ensure accountability and make sound decisions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales/customer service and leadership/management.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Exercise Science preferred.

• Stand for extended periods, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and effectively communicate.

Work Environment

• Exposed to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.
