Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our team at TPC Louisiana, home of the annual PGA TOUR event, the Zurich Classic of New Orleans. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and ensuring member and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to meet service goals and member expectations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in food preparation or culinary training.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
