Responsibilities
- Document and communicate resident information accurately
- Maintain resident confidentiality
- Notify supervisors of any changes in resident condition
- Assist with medication management and re-ordering
- Monitor medication inventory and address discrepancies
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state
- Comfortable working with the elderly
- Proficiency in English
- CPR certification
- Background check required
