Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at GoldOller Real Estate Investments. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes and other property areas, ensuring a high standard of living for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on residential apartment homes and property areas.
- Carry out repairs in areas such as small appliances, plumbing, electrical, and more.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policy.
- Execute other duties as per the job description.
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented with great customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification required.
- Strong safety awareness.
- Personal tool kit is a must; personal vehicle preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends and travel within the region.
- Ability to lift over 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Knowledge of equipment functions, appliances, and safety protocols.
