Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
- Ensure resident safety, well-being, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the community team to maintain compliance and safety standards.
- Assist in life skills and enriching activities for residents.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in the resident's best interest.
