NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room department at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care, assess patient needs, and maintain a safe care environment. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts, including weekend commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on patient's physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
• Ensure a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
