Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
