Production Worker

Job Description

Join a team of high performers at ATI, a leading materials science company, as a Production Worker in the Atomizer department at our Oakdale, PA facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the process of transforming molten metal into durable powder used in aerospace, nuclear, and national defense applications. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, precise measuring, and efficient operation of atomizing units. Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team are essential for success in this role.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and prepare materials accurately for continuous atomization.
• Perform various refractory tasks and ensure all equipment and materials are ready for atomization.
• Handle furnace removal and installation tasks including grouting and insulation.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing, Military, or Industrial settings.

Skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Mechanical inclination.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
