RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

Alliance Nursing is looking for a compassionate and skilled RN or LPN to provide 1:1 care for pediatric and young adult clients in Tacoma and Graham. You will be delivering critical nursing services to patients with complex medical and developmental conditions, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care following the nursing process.
• Interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment skills and nursing judgment.
• Act quickly to any change in patient condition.

Basic Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
