Job Description

We are seeking dedicated RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 care to trach/vent reliant pediatric clients in Puyallup and Graham. Join our team at Alliance Nursing, where we offer flexible day shifts and the opportunity to deliver critical nursing services to individuals with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients following the nursing process.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment skills and nursing judgment in responding to changes in patient conditions.
• Participate in training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize patient care effectively.
• Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills.
