Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join Enterprise Community Partners as part of the FP&A team. As a key member of the department, you will drive financial planning and analysis initiatives to support the company's growth and mission. The role involves building and maintaining financial models, conducting analyses, and contributing to unified budget and forecasting processes. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with finance and business teams, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Support the Company’s financial health and business strategy through reporting, analysis, and modeling.
- Configure and maintain the Adaptive Planning software platform.
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyze KPIs, financial metrics, and industry benchmarks to optimize performance.
- Enhance reporting capabilities and streamline processes within the FP&A team.
- Continuously improve business processes and recommend enhancements based on analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience in FP&A or Finance/Accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adaptive Planning or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Workday Financials or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Effective communication and project management abilities.
