Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, mentorship, and crisis management for students.
• Implement social/recreational activities to enhance programming.
• Deliver care and education as per individual treatment plans.
• Assist in daily living skills, meal preparation, and social activities.
• Facilitate the residential routine and promote positive relationships.
• Document service delivery and behavior incidents accurately.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and background checks required.
• Passion for working with children and adolescents.
