As a Residential Youth Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing mentorship and support to at-risk youth. Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor students, including crisis management and behavior modeling.
• Implement social/recreational activities to engage residents.
• Deliver direct services, such as daily living skills and meal preparation, to facilitate reintegration into the community.
• Develop positive relationships to refine social and coping skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human services.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to pass background and pre-employment checks.
