Are you a Night Owl with a passion for helping others and a talent for problem-solving? Join our team at Rockland Harbor Hotel as a Hotel Front Desk PM / Night Auditor. In this role, you will work the PM front desk shift from 3-11PM and the nightly audit shift from 11PM to 7AM. Modern technology streamlines the audit process, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional guest service, welcoming them and catering to their needs throughout the night.

Night Audit Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests professionally
- Operate the front desk efficiently
- Assist with breakfast/coffee setup
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Perform closing duties and reporting
- Provide information about local events and hotel services
$19+ per hour
