Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join ThedaCare at Juliette Manor in Berlin, Wisconsin. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide specialized, evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin LPN Licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS).

Physical Demands

Ability to move freely, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle bloodborne pathogens.

Work Environment

Exposure to various environmental factors and potential risks; compliance with competencies is required.

This position offers 20 weekly hours at 0.5 FTE, located at Juliette Manor in Berlin, Wisconsin.
