Job Description
Join our team at Exeter Center, located in beautiful Exeter, NH, minutes from Exeter Hospital, as a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on days, evenings, or nights. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN delivers efficient nursing care, observing conditions, administering medications, and contributing to care planning. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
