Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions and report changes.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications as per orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification (if applicable).
