Job Description

We are looking for a Medication Care Manager to join Sunrise Senior Living, a leader in senior care. As a Medication Tech, you will be responsible for administering medications, providing resident care, and ensuring the highest quality of services in accordance with regulations and company policies. Your role will involve medication administration, resident care communications, risk management, training, and contributing to team success.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following safety protocols.
• Document medication administration and resident information accurately.
• Communicate resident concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Promote resident safety and well-being through risk management practices.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and engagement programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Previous experience in senior care is preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound choices in challenging situations.
• Desire to serve and care for seniors with empathy and compassion.
