Job Description
Join Southwest Center for HIV AIDS INC as a Clinical Supervisor to lead a dedicated clinical team providing Behavioral Health services. You will oversee staff clinicians and interns, ensuring high-quality service delivery to diverse communities, including LGBTQIA2S+ and individuals affected by HIV.
Responsibilities
- Oversee caseloads, productivity, and board compliance of staff clinicians/interns.
- Coordinate patient care, communicate patient needs, and manage discharge plans.
- Provide direct supervision to the Behavioral Health team, conduct client visits, and support new clinicians.
- Interview, onboard, coach, and assess performance of team members.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work or related field.
- Independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in Arizona.
- Registered as a Clinical Supervisor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
- 5+ years counseling experience, with 3+ years as a Clinical Supervisor.
- Proficiency in HIPAA, Microsoft Office, and EMRs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Cultural competency and ability to work in diverse environments.

Compensation: 80000-90000 Yearly Salary
