Job Description
Middle River Aerostructure Systems is seeking a motivated MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD. As a key player in our aviation-related contracts, you will be responsible for pre- and post-contractual administration, risk management, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
- Develop aviation network and find new customers.
- Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Provide program management and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and act as a liaison with customers.
- Contribute to sales and business plans, present to leadership, and lead negotiations with clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Contract, or Product Management. Aviation industry experience in MRO preferred.
