Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated RN I - Nurse Resident/Nurse Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Nurse Resident in the Med Surg department at Sinai Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work in various units including Oncology, Pulmonary ID, Ortho/Neuro Trauma, Rehab, and GI/GU. We offer both Full-time Day and Night shifts with flexible hours and a supportive environment to help you grow in your career.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Participate in orientation programs and internships tailored to new graduates.
- Collaborate with preceptors and clinical coaches to enhance your clinical skills.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualifications.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
