Schedule: Straight NIGHTS 7p-7a, Every 3rd weekend, Rotating holiday schedule

As an RN in our Inpatient Surgical Services, you will direct nursing care in a collaborative model within a multidisciplinary team environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Promote a culture of innovation and professional development

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR Associates Degree in Nursing with agreement to obtain BSN within five years
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Physical Demands:

• Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Exposure to blood borne pathogens
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
