Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our compassionate team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and assessments to patients and families.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of social work experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
