SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated PRN Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of the social work team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, focusing on various common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying. This role plays a crucial part in supporting patients and families through challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
• Offer counseling related to death and dying and other emotional challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
