SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a PRN Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing various common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families.
• Address common problems including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships.
• Offer counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
