We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This position in the SOCIAL WORK-HOSPITAL department is on an as-needed basis from 8:30am-5:00pm. As a PRN Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services to patients and families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.

Summary

Provides clinical social work services or psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, regarding common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
