Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position, based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. The role includes addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, treatment acceptance, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
