Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker PRN, you will be responsible for providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families. Your role will involve addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical understanding, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge.
- 1-3 years of experience in social work.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
