Job Description
We are looking for a Stroke Program Coordinator (RN) to join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida. As part of the Cerebrovascular and Neurosciences Program, the Stroke Coordinator will provide oversight, coordination, and high-quality care for stroke patients under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, educating, and evaluating patient care within the program, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and stroke management protocols. The position also involves developing and maintaining evidence-based care, participating in multidisciplinary services, and assisting in the implementation and operations of a TIA clinic.
Job Information
- Full-time position as a Stroke/Neurosciences Coordinator.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing.
- BSN required.
- Current RN licensure in Florida.
- Current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association.
- Current NIH Stroke Certification, CNRN Certification, and ASLS Instructor Certification.
- Minimum of five years' experience in emergency/critical care/neuro nursing and stroke patient care with advanced skills.
- Program development and management skills, and knowledge of regulatory standards.
