Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce compliance with all employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
  • Provide Front of House training and manage employee performance.
  • Control liquor orders and costs, and enforce liquor laws and guidelines.
  • Develop Key Hourly employees and Assistant Managers through performance feedback.
  • Review applications, interview, and hire Front of House employees.
  • Create a fun, safe environment by implementing operational goals and incentives.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures.
