Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse, you will work full-time on the day shift, 7:00 am-7:30 pm, providing essential care to our residents and patients at Levindale Hospital. You will be responsible for implementing individualized nursing care plans, attending to daily unit operations, and assuming leadership roles when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure residents' needs are met while maintaining unit operations.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Valid Practical Nursing license and CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
Unit Summary
Join the team in Halls, a long-term care unit catering to residents' needs and providing rehabilitation services. Staff members in Hall 1 must be compassionate and motivated to assist those in need.
