Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of our team, you will work night shifts with a weekend commitment, providing compassionate care to residents in need of subacute rehabilitation services.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that focuses on subacute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about helping others and capable of delivering exceptional care.
Job Summary
As an LPN in our facility, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. Basic nursing principles and assessment skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring residents' needs are met on a daily basis.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have an Associate's degree in nursing, less than one year of experience, and possess a License for Practical Nursing along with AHA CPR Certification. Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment are required.
