Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN on the Brain Health Unit, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care plans, ensuring the well-being of our residents. This full-time position requires a night shift commitment from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
- Ensure the daily operations of the unit run smoothly.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing.
- AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
